Starts November 2 · Four weekly live sessions + private kickoff · €111

Okay. F*ck it. I'm in.

The business is already working. There’s significant monthly recurring revenue, clients are being served, and yet, there’s this feeling that everything depends on staying switched on.

Even when things are going well, there is a part of you that is watching. Checking. Monitoring. Making sure the systems are working, the numbers are moving, nothing is slipping through the cracks, staying close enough to the business that nothing can really happen without you noticing.

Taking more time off sounds like exactly what you want. Earning more while working less sounds like the next logical step.

But somewhere underneath it all is the question:

Can I actually let go and trust that this will keep working without me?

Because doing more has always felt safer than surrendering.

Working harder makes sense. Being useful makes sense. Being the one who catches everything, solves everything, thinks ahead and keeps things moving makes sense.

Receiving without overworking for it is different.

Letting the business grow without constantly checking whether it's growing is different.

Trusting the systems. Trusting yourself. Trusting that you don't have to know exactly how or when the next level is going to happen.

And sometimes there is something even deeper underneath the need to keep pushing.

Perhaps there is an old belief that money should come through hard work. That being generous means giving more away. That being successful should still look modest. That receiving too much somehow makes you selfish, different, or disconnected from where you came from.

So even when the conscious desire is more, another part keeps finding ways to make sure you have earned it.
To prove it.
To work for it.
To stay in control of it.

Time off comes with one hand still on the wheel. More money can bring an almost unconscious urge to work harder for it, give more for it, prove that it was deserved. Receiving can feel less natural than earning through effort.

But the business has reached the point where more strategy, more doing is no longer the way forward.

I'm in.

Your next level in business asks for an embodied leader who can let the business breathe without constantly monitoring for evidence that it’s working.

Who can trust the systems enough to step away. Who can receive without immediately compensating by giving more. Who can allow money to come in without needing to exhaust herself first.

And sometimes, underneath that, there is something even more tender.

The possibility of earning more than the women who came before her. Of having more freedom, more wealth, more choice. Of no longer making herself smaller or more modest in order to belong. That old guilt around receiving. The inherited belief that money should be earned through sacrifice. The quiet suspicion that if it comes too easily, perhaps it doesn't count.

There can even be a strange fear around getting exactly what was consciously wanted, as if becoming that successful might require leaving an old identity, an old way of belonging, an old version of safety behind.

Because it does.

The version of the woman founder who had to know, control, monitor, push, prove and carry everything cannot be the one running the business forever.

What comes next is less about learning how to do more, and more about becoming the embodied leader who can surrender the how and the when.

This is the edge.

Surrender.

Allowing the systems to hold what they were built to hold. Becoming visible in the ways that feel different. Receiving more without needing to give it all back.

Into the void I gooo.

At this point, the solution isn't working more. You don't want to create another offer just to create another offer, or keep adding strategies and experts to the business in the hope that one of them will finally create the freedom you're after.

Yes, raising your prices might be part of it. Delegating might be part of it. Hiring support might be part of it. But none of those things create internal freedom if you're still mentally holding everything.

Because handing something over and actually letting go are two very different things.

You can hire the person, delegate the task, and still check everything, monitor everything, worry about everything, and eventually take it back because it's easier to do it yourself.

The deeper work is building the capacity to feel safe when you're not in control.

And that's the part most business advice skips.

Instead of constantly looking for the next external solution, the invitation is to build the sovereignty to trust yourself, trust what you've built, and let other people hold what no longer needs to be held by you.

Catch me.

I'm Ela.

I grew up feeling like I was too much and not enough at the same time. I learned to read the room, stay small, and silence my needs to keep the peace. That conditioning followed me into business: over-delivering, tolerating too much, hesitating to raise my prices, setting boundaries I couldn’t hold, and feeling guilty for wanting more.

I spent years doing the inner work because I knew I had wounds to heal, and I wanted to make sure my future children wouldn’t have to heal from me.

As my self-worth grew, so did my unwillingness to tolerate less than I deserved.

I stopped tolerating soul-sucking clients, saying yes when I wanted to say no, doing whatever they needed instead of what I actually wanted to do, bending my spine into a question mark for pennies on the dollar, and being available at all hours.

Eventually, I reached the point where I was no longer willing to force myself into a business I hated just to keep a roof over my head.

But quitting was still f*cking scary.

So instead of trying to convince myself I deserved more or spiritually bypass my way into certainty, I met every fear, every what-if, every “why not?”, every wave of uncertainty in my body, until I could make the decision from self-trust rather than fear.

So I quit.

Then I did something that would have terrified the old version of me: I invested heavily in support for a business that didn’t exist yet. No clients. No offer. No proof it would work.

Just a bone-deep belief that I was going to make it work.

I know the difference between intellectually knowing you need to let go and actually having the capacity to do it.

And that’s the work I now help women founders do: build the internal capacity to be seen, lead, receive, and scale to multiple six figures without gripping everything so tightly that they burn out or abandon themselves in the process.

F*ck it, I’m in.

THE F*CKING TRUST FALL

A 4-week Clinical EFT tapping container for the woman founder who has built a business that works, but still feels like she has to hold the whole f*cking thing together.

Over four weeks, we’ll use Clinical EFT to work with the internal patterns underneath the business: hypervigilance, over-responsibility, control, fear of letting go, difficulty receiving, money blocks, and the part of you that still believes everything will fall apart if you stop holding it.

The goal is to build the capacity to step back without spiraling, receive without guilt, lead without over-functioning, and let the business scale without requiring more of you.

WHAT’S INSIDE

30-minute private kickoff + assessment
We identify where control, over-responsibility, and resistance are showing up in your business right now.

4 weekly group EFT tapping sessions: 60 minutes each

REPLAYS + WEEKLY REFLECTION PROMPTS
So the work doesn’t end when the session does.

We begin November 2.

Wheeeee, I’m in.

Week 1:

CONTROL & HYPERVIGILANCE

Where are you micromanaging, monitoring, anticipating, over-functioning, or carrying more than is actually yours?

You’ll tap through the urge to check, fix, intervene, and make sure everything is on track. We’ll build your capacity to tolerate uncertainty without immediately reaching for control.

Week 2:

SURRENDER & LETTING GO

We work through the fear underneath control: What if I let go and things don’t go my way? What if someone drops the ball? What if something goes wrong?

We’ll explore the negative consequences your nervous system expects when you stop monitoring, fixing, anticipating, and taking responsibility for everything.

The goal is to build the capacity to let things be imperfect, uncertain, or outside your control without immediately feeling like you have to do something about it.

Week 3:

RECEIVING & MONEY

You’ll identify the places where receiving still feels unsafe, undeserved, or unfamiliar, and tap through them.

We work with the discomfort around charging more, having money sitting in your account, receiving help, receiving opportunities, being supported, and allowing things to be easier without feeling like you need to immediately give something back.

You leave with more capacity to receive without overworking, over-giving, proving, or immediately finding somewhere else to put the energy.

Week 4:

EXPANSION & THE NEXT LEVEL

We turn toward the bigger vision: the Pinterest vision board, the delulu goals.

We’ll clear the fears, beliefs, resistance, and unconscious patterns that make you pull the brakes when the thing you say you want starts becoming possible.

You’ll get clear on what you’re ready to call in, what needs to shift internally to hold it, and where you’re still unconsciously making yourself smaller than the vision requires.

You leave with a clearer vision, a deeper sense of what needs to change, and greater internal capacity to hold what you’re asking for, receive it, and allow it to become real.

THE F*CKING TRUST FALL is for you if...

  • You have systems in place, but still don’t fully trust anyone to follow them without you.

  • You want support, but receiving help brings up guilt, distrust, or the feeling that you should be able to do it yourself.

  • You take time off, but your brain stays at work.

  • You have sales systems, but still find yourself checking the numbers, monitoring what’s happening, and looking for proof that everything is working.

  • You know what needs to happen next, but overthinking feels safer than stepping back and letting the system run.

  • You keep reaching for another strategy, another tweak, another thing to implement because doing feels safer than surrendering.

  • You want more money, but part of you is already calculating what more money might mean: more responsibility, more visibility, more people, more expectations, more risk.

  • You want to scale, but keep unconsciously building a business that needs more of you to produce more.

  • You’re ready to stop asking, “What else do I need to do?” and start asking, “Who do I need to become to let this grow without gripping it?”

I'm taking the damn leap.

My client S went from not being able to close a high-ticket sale to making €12K in her first launch, €50K within weeks of working with me, and today she is well beyond that number....

She already knew what she should be doing. She was taking action, showing up, creating content, and doing everything she possibly could to grow her business. But she still wasn’t getting the results she knew she was capable of.

She struggled to fully own her authority and be bold in her messaging. She felt like she was bragging when she talked about her expertise, compared herself to other coaches, and held back in her visibility without fully realizing why.

Our work focused on clearing the deeper patterns that were keeping her from standing out and being magnetic with the strategy she already had by tending to the rejection, visibility, and judgment wounds: the fear of being seen and heard, and the hesitation to fully own her presence.

As she built more self-trust, released her fear of judgment and rejection, and detached her worth from the outcome of a sale, everything began to shift. She became more authentic in her content, her audience became more engaged, and sales calls became significantly easier.

How my client J went from feeling anxious at the thought of filming face-to-camera videos for her business, to being completely unblocked in her expression, confidently showing up on camera and speaking clearly about her offers online in less than ONE MONTH of working together.

My client D went from crippling fear about her upcoming workshop, to actually enjoying it.

She was in the early stages of her business, preparing for her very first live workshop, and she was feeling all the things: fear, anxiety, overwhelm. The women I work with would have found a way regardless. But there is a difference between pushing through your fear, pretending you're fine, and exhausting yourself to get there, and showing up grounded, easeful, and actually enjoying it. That's what we created together.
